Maintaining the water in your pool or spa doesn’t require a degree in chemistry. Test strips can, and do, give accurate test results more quickly and easily than any other method. Simply dip the test strip in your pool and read the results. If imbalances are detected you are then able to purchase the correct chemicals to perfectly balance your water again. It is a good idea to keep a log of your testing results, then you can detect recurring issues with ease.
Test strips are among the easiest and fastest methods for testing water. By following the instructions with your testing strips, you can ensure an accurate result, leading to a clean and healthy pool or spa.

Pool Check Phosphate Test Strips - 50 strips

A quick, easy, and reliable method for testing phosphates in pools. Phosphates occur naturally in the environment from runoff, leaves, seeds, soil, and soap. Phosphates are the primary food source for algae, the more phosphate, the more algae. High phosphate levels can produce resistant algae and interfere with the sanitising property of chlorine. Regularly testing for phosphates can help to ensure a properly maintained pool or hot tub.

We recommend that you test your phosphate levels when you open / close your pool, and periodically throughout the season. Regular monitoring of Phosphate levels will help you to identify algae growth conditions before they become a problem.  Ideal phosphate levels are below 200 ppb.

With the advanced technology in Pool Check® Phosphate strips, reliable results are available in 30 seconds.
