Here at Pool Chemicals Today, we aim to get your purchases with you as soon as possible.
DELIVERIES
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.

Standard Delivery (1-3 working days) - £12.99
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Pool Chemicals Today cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
We are not currently shipping outside the UK. Please contact us at hello@poolchemicalstoday.co.uk if you would like to discuss an international order.
DELIVERY T’s & C’s
Our couriers will leave a contact card if the delivery is not made. Should you not respond to the calling card within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will apply even if you have qualified for free delivery on your order.
Any breakages/damages noticed upon delivery must be disclosed within 48 hours of receipt otherwise we will be unable to replace the damaged items.

RETURNS
Although we hope you will be happy with your products and there will be no need for you to send anything back. We understand on some occasions this may be necessary.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns after this time for any reason unless your item is covered by a warranty required under English Law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
