Even if the pool water is disinfected and balanced, other factors can create issues such as cloudy or green water, stains and scale buildup.

Water is not just altered by how often people bathe in it, other altering factors include: wind, atmospheric pollution, insects, the surrounding vegetation and the ambient temperature.

Preventing and curing these problems can involve specialist chemicals that can remove stains, phosphates, algae, grease and other buildups that cannot be managed just by using sanitisers and balancers.

Dosage and Safety

> Add 300ml of product per 10,000 litres (10m³) of pool water

> Filtration must be on and bathers must be out of the water

> Do not dilute before use

> Do not mix with other products

> Store in a dry, well ventilated place with temperatures not exceeding 35°C

HTH Super Winter Protect 3 Ltr - Winter Algaecide

Dose directly into your pool water in Autumn to help prevent your pool from going green over the winter months. As we get lots of rain over the winter months, a re-dose later in winter may be needed. Not only will it inhibit algae from growing, it also contains clarifier, anti stain and anti scale inhibitors.

Use when winterising the pool to facilitate the reopening of the pool in the Spring.
