Even if your pool or spa water is disinfected and balanced, other factors can create issues such as cloudy or green water, stains and scale buildup.
Water is not just altered by how often people bathe in it, other altering factors include: wind, atmospheric pollution, insects, the surrounding vegetation and the ambient temperature.

Preventing and curing these problems can involve specialist chemicals that can remove stains, phosphates, algae, grease and other buildups that cannot be managed just by using sanitisers and balancers.

Dosage and Safety

> With the circulation system running and no bathers present, dose 1 cap per m³ of water
> Wait for 30 to 60 seconds before adding any more
> Repeat if necessary according to the severity of the problem
> Improvement should be noticed shortly after application
> Bathing can be resumed after 15 minutes
> Anti-Foam can be applied at regular intervals after filling to help prevent foaming
> Do not mix with other products
> Store in a dry, well ventilated place with temperatures not exceeding 35°C

HTH Spa Anti-Foam easily disperses foaming on the surface of the water which is often caused by a build-up of soaps, shampoos, detergents or skin treatment products. Ensure bathers wash off before entering the spa. Foam in spas can also be a sign of poor water hygiene.  Ensure you aren’t covering a more serious problem before you add HTH Anti-foam to the water.
