Details

Chlorine remains the leading disinfectant to maintain safe conditions in your pool water. With disinfectant and oxidation properties, it fights bacteria, viruses, fungi and the increase of algae to offer healthy pool water.

There are 2 families of chlorine: stabilised chlorine and stabiliser-free chlorine (calcium hypochlorite) otherwise known as 'Shock Chlorine'. Stabiliser-free chlorine combines sodium hypochlorite (bleach), chlorine generated by salt electrolysis (that produces bleach) and calcium hypochlorite.

Calcium hypochlorite Ca(CIO)2 used in HTH Shock Chlorine productss offers superior qualities compared to other treatment methods. It is odour-free and improves bathing comfort and creates crystal-clear water.

Used for shock treatments and regular treatments, it puts an end to the problem of over-stabilisation.

Dosage and Safety

> This is a 9kg pack, and contains 34 tablets.

> Use 1 tablet for 20 to 25m³ of water, every 5 to 7 days.

> Clean the skimmer baskets every time a tablet is added

>Check that filtering is in operation and running for at least 15 hours per day

> This product is not recommended for cartridge or filter bag type filtration

>The tablets must never be placed in a chlorine or bromine distributor

> Store in a cool, dry place with the lid on and the product will last for approx. 12 months

HTH Advanced Calcium Hypochlorite Non-Stabilised Chlorine Shock Tablet.
